Terms of Service
- Plagiarism will not be tolerated. If you are caught plagiarizing the work of another, your account will be deleted. No exceptions.
- Be respectful in your postings to this site including reviews, author's responses to reviews, author's notes, profiles, and comments. This does not mean that negative reviews aren't allowed, just be respectful about it. Most authors welcome constructive criticism. No flaming. No personal attacks. No stalker-ish behavior.
- No solicitation and no spam. I made a conscious choice not to display ads on this site (not that I think it would make me much money if I did) because I think ads detract from the enjoyment and purpose of the site. If I'm not making money off this site, neither are you. This prohibition includes advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of solicitation.
- No trolling. Trolling is the posting of inflamatory posts in order to get a response.
- No collecting or storing of personal data about other users for any purpose. This site does not share information about our users with anyone.
- No uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any objectionable, unlawful, or obscene content. The standard for objectionable content will be the one set by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Potter Steward. "I can't define it, but I know it when I see it." This will include any content that another person would find threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or invasive to another's privacy.
